Single person 1-2-1 (1 hour) session - £30
Single person 1-2-1 (30 min) session - £20

(Discounts available for pre-paid bookings of 10 sessions or more)

Packaged training programmes
Whether for injury rehab, weight loss, muscle gain or sports-specific training, a 12 week package provides a tailored training programme to guarantee results.
All packages include body fat analysis, weigh-ins and body measurements.
Dietary analysis, guidance and nutrition programmes are also available*

Pricing below is indicative and based on hourly training sessions.

12 Weeks with 2 sessions a week (24) - £650 (saving of £70)
12 Weeks with 3 sessions a week (36) - £960 (saving £120)

Small group training session (for up to 4 people)
