Regardless of age, ability, or state of health, we can all benefit from being a little fitter. For this reason, Gary founded 3FPT in 2010. He's been helping clients to set realistic goals for improving their health, fitness and general well-being ever since, working with them to not only achieve those goals but to progress onto their next ones.
3FPT offers a wide range of fitness programmes & standard packages with tailored training sessions to meet your individual needs and preferences. An extensive range of training disciplines will be used to optimise your results – strength & cardio work, interval and circuit sessions, kettlebells, resistance work, boxing, core & flexibility to name only a few. 3FPT also runs group boot camp and running programmes.
Depending on your preferences, training can be in the fully equipped 3F Gym, in your own home, or at an appropriate outdoor venue (a nearby park or similar). 3FPT is based in Bangor, North Down.
To start, all you need is you and your gym clothes! 3FPT will provide the relevant equipment needed for your training. Your initial consultation (usually over a coffee!) is free.
